Hi and welcome to Mindful Mamas Tribe.
I’m Tonya a down to earth mom of 2 awesome kids that totally keep me on my toes and super busy. I’m new to the blogging world but I am learning lots. I’ve enjoyed writing since I was younger, wrote stories and always wanted to write a book of some kind.
Taking this time to be thankful for where I am in my life and learning to be a better person then the person I was yesterday. I will be posting about a variety of things here. I just recently decided I was going to change my eating habits and lifestyle and I will be sharing it with you all. My hobbies are Pesectarianism, photography, journaling, meditation, yoga, reading, caring for my houseplants( they have a story behind them), arts & crafts are great because I have a little one! I love to cook and now that I am transitioning into the Pescetarian lifestyle, I do have some vegan products I always keep on hand.
